About 7Later
7Later is part of 7touch.systems, a family of platforms for accounts, payments, loyalty and customer communication operated by PayForSay s.r.o., a company registered in Slovakia.
The underlying platform was not built for lending. It was built as an accounts, transaction and settlement system for businesses — the ledger, the payment orchestration and the messenger-first customer interface that the other products in the family also run on. 7Later is what happened when that infrastructure was pointed at consumer credit.
That history is the reason the settlement and reconciliation layer is the strongest part of the product rather than the weakest. It was load-bearing before there was a credit product on top of it.
How we work
We built and operated the credit product ourselves first — issuance, spending, payroll deduction, repayment and reconciliation, across full monthly cycles with live employers and live merchants. Running our own book is how the operating procedures, the edge cases and the reconciliation logic got written.
We are now in the partnership phase. The first deployment with a licensed credit institution is running in West Africa, and we are looking for partners across Sub-Saharan Africa, North Africa and the Middle East, and South and Southeast Asia.
What we are, and what we are not
7Later is a technology provider. We are not a bank, not a credit institution and not a lender. We do not issue credit, do not hold or disburse credit funds, and take no credit risk. Credit is issued by the licensed partner, on its own licence and balance sheet, to its own customer.
We have taken this structure through a central bank review process, and we design to it rather than around it.

All run on the same accounts and transaction platform, which is why a lending deployment inherits merchant tooling, loyalty mechanics and messenger distribution that would otherwise have to be built separately.
